• E-bike Rentals: Premium electric bicycle rental services • Guided Tours: Professional guided cycling tours with local experts • Self-Guided Itineraries: Curated routes and recommendations for independent travel • Equipment and Safety Gear: Helmets, safety equipment, and bike accessories • Support Services: Customer support, emergency assistance, and travel guidance
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Booking Process: • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation • A valid form of identification is required for all participants
Payment Terms: • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the original price
Deposits and Full Payment: • Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking • Full payment is typically required 7 days before the service date • Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation
Cancellation by Customer: • More than 7 days before service: Full refund minus 10% processing fee • 3-7 days before service: 50% refund • Less than 3 days before service: No refund • No-show: No refund
Cancellation by Vietnam E-Bike Travel: • We may cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings • Full refund or rescheduling will be offered for cancellations by us • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to our cancellations
Refund Processing: • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Participant Requirements: • Must be physically capable of cycling for the duration of the tour • Must follow all safety instructions and guidelines • Must wear provided safety equipment at all times • Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs • Must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
Safety Measures: • All participants must attend a safety briefing before departure • Helmets and reflective gear are mandatory • Participants must stay with the group during guided tours • Emergency contact information must be provided
Risk Acknowledgment: • Cycling involves inherent risks that participants assume • Participants are responsible for their own safety and actions • Vietnam E-Bike Travel provides safety equipment and guidance but cannot eliminate all risks
Liability Limits: • Vietnam E-Bike Travel's liability is limited to the amount paid for services • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss due to participant negligence
Force Majeure: • We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control • This includes weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events
Third-Party Services: • We work with third-party providers for accommodations, meals, and transportation • We are not responsible for the actions or services of third-party providers • Complaints about third-party services should be directed to the respective provider
Equipment Responsibility: • Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of all equipment • Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the participant • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
Usage Guidelines: • Follow all operating instructions for e-bikes and equipment • Report any equipment issues immediately • Do not attempt repairs or modifications • Use equipment only for its intended purpose
Damage and Loss: • Participants will be charged for repair or replacement costs • Normal wear and tear is expected and not charged • Theft or loss due to negligence will be charged at full replacement cost
