No, you don’t need a license to ride our e-bikes. They are classified as bicycles with electric power assist under local regulations meaning the power unit is up to 250W and speed limit of 25 km/h.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Our e-bikes can travel up to 80 kilometers with pedal assist or 60 kilometers using the throttle only. This range provides virtually unlimited possibilities to explore during your rental period, ensuring you never need to worry about the battery running out.
What safety equipment is provided?
We provide helmets with every rental. We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and bringing a water bottle for added comfort and safety.
Are the e-bikes safe to use in Vietnamese traffic?
Yes, our e-bikes are designed to be the ideal vehicle for casual riding in Vietnamese traffic. With a speed limit that is not too slow yet avoids crossing the dangerous speed barrier, they provide a balanced and safe way to navigate the streets comfortably and confidently.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental with an additional fee based on our pricing. However it all subjects to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange this.

Do you provide bike operation trainings?
Before every ride our staff will carefully guide you through bike operation, handling, and controls to ensure your maximum safety. If you are self-picking up the bike, you have a responsibility to carefully go through our E-Bike Operation Instructions documents we will provide in advance.
What happens if I need assistance during my ride?

Where do I pick up and return the e-bike?
You can pick up and drop off your e-bike at our Hanoi or Ninh Binh shops. Detailed instructions will be provided when you book.
